Excellent Service from Pratika (Stratum)

I have been with Stratum for going on a decade and I have never had an issue, whether it be a claim or adding a dependant. My most recent interaction was with Pratika who was friendly and went out of her way to assist me with adding my newborn baby as a dependant, and even provided me with information I was not aware I needed to know; she went out of her way to assist me which I really appreciate. I will definitely recommend Stratum to anyone as a gap cover solution based on my experience with them, but especially Pratika's excellent service.
