Excellent Service from Ms Sibongile Mgcina

I had occasion to deal with Ms Mgcina when i was cancelling my existing policy with Stratum Benefits. But her excellent service and care resulted in me keeping my policy and including my spouse and mother-in-law on the policy as well. I wish to place on record my absolute gratitude and admiration for Ms Sibongile Mgcina as a service provider. Herr excellent service, compassion, patience and evident care that she has for clients, is not common these days. We are truly grateful to her for the immense amount of time that she spent explaining things to my spouse and I so that I could understand certain issues.
