Excellent service by the tele-consultant

The Stratum team totally forgot to notify me that my claim has been approved after more than 10 days of waiting (they have a 5 working day communication policy). I called their call centre when a consultant informed me it was approved. All of the sudden I recieved a slew of emails from them. Hooray! He was very helpful. Thx good man. Stratum should promote you.
