Excellent customer service from Alpheus Makgae
I received a call from Alpheus Makgae who convinced me to stay with them after I requested to cancel through my broker because of poor service delivery from my broker. I'm really glad he took the time to call me. He was humble, professional and very empathetic. Excellent customer service.
