Excellent Customer Service
The consultant who assisted me was friendly and helpful from the get go! One could hear that she really wanted to assist me and ready to get the day going. She was very helpful and thorough with all the information she provided and with all the questions asked. And she even sent me the necessary documentation with regards to the questions asked, without me having to ask! No consultant has ever done that without me having to request it - she thought a step further! Well done!! Keep up the excellent work.
