Excellent Consultant

I had a claim which I needed to query. I did not need to call in , I simply sent a whatsapp to the Stratum number & the consultant Liza Meyer assisted me in no more than 5 minutes which is spot on! The consultant was extremely efficient & polite which I highly appreciate as it gives more reason as to why Stratum is a more preferable company to deal with.
