Don’t know the consultant’s name but she is amazing!

Had a great experience phoning Stratum regarding my gap cover questions. Although I could not hear the consultant’s name properly due to my phone reception cutting out a bit, I hope she will see this review and know it was her that helped me. She was so efficient in updating my details and explaining the process for me with upcoming procedures I am scheduled for. She spoke clearly and was so empathetic regarding what I already went through and will be going through. What a great person and SHE is the reason I am happy to have gap cover with Stratum. I was stupid not asking her her name again and was hoping it would have been on the email she sent me, but I truly hope she sees this review and knows she made my day!
