Do not, under any circumstances take out cover with Stratum Benefits or Medihlep, the underwriter is refusing to pay for things I am covered for!
This is by far the worst service experience you will ever receive, worse than SOE's. I have claims that I started months ago, I have been paying Stratum and their underwriter Dental Risk a fortune, they are not responding to my requests! NO reply to email, no response even to phone calls! ****!
