DISGUSTED WITH STRATUM GAP COVER
Please do not take out Stratum Gap Cover!! You will be paying premiums but when the time comes for them to step up to their promises, you will be greatly disappointed!! From waiting months for an reply on your claim only to hear that they do not cover "the line entry"!!! What a ridiculous answer!! My claim was on the excess to my MRI scan. Totally WASTED 2 YEARS OF PREMIUMS ON THIS USELESS POLICY!!!

Unfortunately for Gap to work, there has to be a part payment from the medical aid scheme. Depending on what you are claiming for the part payment may have to come from the risk portion of your medical aid.
Your claim fell short of meeting the above criteria and as such was rejected.
