disappointing

The worst service , i am so disappointed in the service when it comes to claims. I provide my documents , and request for a claim. The amount of the claim is the same amount i have claimed before for the exact same issue however this time i was told the claim amount is invalid and approved for half of the claim. When i questioned it i was given a short arrogant response. I will definitely cancel this gap cover i have. Its really disappointing and unhelpful
