Dental Risk Company / Stratum

I have been with a Dental Risk company through Stratum for over two years now., I app**** for a crown start of this year. I submitted the invoices within 5 days of the crown being fitted, I did not hear anything back from the company and had to contact them over and over again, struggling to get anyone to reply to my e-mails. Finally, I got a mail back from then to say that the claim is out and was not submitted within 30 days, so they can decline the claim.

I do feel they charge us and is very quick to take our money, but when we claim, there is excuse after excuse not to payout. .
