Delay in claim

Good day I just would like to understand what else is assessed as the last email I received was that the claim was finalised and the only outstanding document was the letter from the Doctor to show how long he will be off duty for.

This is supposed to be a benefit that assists us in times of crisis and emergency. As you can imagine my husband has not been working due to the accident it has come to a point that I won't be able to even afford the sanlam monthly premiums even.

I am really disappointed I was not aware that such a terrible event could result in seemly the claim not been received as expected.
