I am truly disappointed with Stratum Benefits and will not recommend their service or cover to anyone.
I was a very loyal paying customer for more than 2 years and never had a claim that I needed to process, until recently. My total investment with Stratum thus far was almost R 10 000. In April I underwent a mini operation and my co-payment wasn't even R 500.
Stratum refused to cover this, now I am sitting with an overdue doctor's account and I lost almost R 10 000.
Silly me...being all paranoid, but thankful that I was covered...if something would happen :(
I could have saved this money as an investment for my little girl.
Shame on you Stratum! It feels like someone has ****** from me.

I have spoken to a representative now.
But have given Stratum 3 chances to get back to me, but only when I went online to social media I got a response.
Service is key and it seems that Stratum only gets back to their customers once it goes public :(
