Claims rejected. Claims not explained.

I took out a gap cover with stratum for one simple reason. If the medical aid does not pay full then i expect gap cover to cover the rest. Nobody explained to me thw fine print. After having bieng admitted to hospital and undergoing a gastric scope i still have to deal with a situation where medical aid oes not cover fully and gap cover does not cover shortfalls. The added stress of the above negated the treatment that i recieved as i now have to pay the balance. Stratum is mislead me into thinking that i will be covered.
