Stratum claims department are very un profesional and have *********** personal working for them.

I did n claim for my Mother;s prosteses in hospital for a co payment, they waited weeks and weeks asking for lots of paper work, at the end they just replyed they do not cover that.

Why not just telling the truth in the beginning.
