<p>My husband was hospitalised and he had to have MRI scans done.</p> <p>We had to pay 11 000.00 cash as medical did not cover full amount. </p> <p>Stratum only paid us approximately 1500.00.</p> <p>Apparently they only pay 10% of the entire claim which is ********** as they are supposed to cover the shortfall.</p> <p>Any they came up with the most ridiculous excuses.</p> <p>Our broker as well Graham Brundson from Fruition Consulting did nothing to assist us. </p> <p>This amounts to nothing but cheating and lying to the public. </p>
