Wow what a bunch if *****s!!!!! Phoned to confirm full cover before my husband went for an opp.....only to find out they only cover 20% have been waiting for more than a week for the call recordings where stratum confirmed they will cover the shortfall up until 500%... nigel the team leader not very helpfull. Today I have been on the phone for over 30min JUST HOLDING for an consultant to cancel.....

Please be advised that Waiting periods apply from your policy’s start date, the same is documented in your policy documents. PRE-EXISTING CONDITION WAITING PERIODCover does not apply during this period for investigations, medical procedures, surgeries or treatments related to any medical condition diagnosed or that you received advice or treatment for 12 months before your policy’s start date. The Limited Payout Benefit applies from your policy’s start date and each dependant’s cover start date. We will cover 20 % of an approved claim amount if you claim from our Gap Benefit in the first 10 months of cover for any of the medical events like scopes (including medical events where a scope is used.
