Brilliant undertanding and service

I received a call from Lebo in the Claim Department. Well for someone who didn't know my case, understood everything by the end of it and assisted me in the most kind and undertanding way. She explained things more clearer to me and precice on what was needed and finally after 3 month post op bill are being paid. Thank you Stratumn for the staff you employ.
