Brilliant client Interface - shocking assesors

I would like to commend their client interface consultants Sandile, Byrone, Noxi, Sharon and most of all Lebogang who were all so helpful and polite. Lebogang went beyond the call of duty and saved the day by ensuring that I received all forms I needed, preventing me from having to phone in a 6th time. I am blown away by the foresight that Lebogang had despite being a "trainee working under supervision" - her level of service was that of a professional. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for Stratum's assesors - if it were only up to my experience with the assessors, I would find another company to deal with. Stratum you have the history of my calls - you need to look at the poor service.
