Awful service
Awful! App**** for gap cover on 27 March but to date no communication. I called last week (09/0r) to chase them and Sajal said she'd escalate my application and call me back later that day. It's almost been a week and nothing. Obviously Stratum has enough clients and doesn't need my business so I will take it elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
