Awaiting payment for approved claim
I submitted a claim to Stratum benefits 24 May 2021. It took weeks to get a response from them. Eventually I got approval for my claim on 17 June 2021. Payment should have reflected within 48 hours. It is the 6th of July 2021 and I still did not receive any payment. I phoned numerous times, but I get the same response every time : "We are on it. Got you covered"
Could someone please assist?
