Absolutely Putrid

<p>Stratum benefits have given me the worst experience i could possibly expect. They are unprofessional and very *********. I have had GAP cover with them for over a year and have never claimed. The first claim i submitted was approximately two weeks ago. They have been extremely pathetic as they have sent me numerous emails requesting one document at a time. This has been prolonged and i have to now sumit the claim for the third time. This is inconveniencing towards a person! Paying for a service that causes more of a headache to use than anything else. </p>
