Unity Health is by far the worst medical insurance on earth. We have logged three claims which have all been rejected due to them deciding that the situations were not life threatening regardless of doctors reports. One of the claims was eventually refunded after numerous back and forth and us not willing to let them get away with the matter. Unity is quick to reject claims. The consultants we have dealt with are also not helpful and very arrogant and not willing to help. You want premiums every month yet when its time to play your part, you look the other way. Your medical insurance is a **** as what you sell is not what you give. You try to find ways of avoiding paying claims by finding non existent terms to justify your immature logic. I hope people do not fall into the **** of your product and people should know that all that you provide is GP visits.
