6months and still Empty promises

Disgusting service. Promised to pay for positive Covid test results 6months ago. Wouldn’t pay for my hospital visit or X-ray and had to pay out of pocket. Still not resolved. We received an email from you stating you would pay for all of this if we test positive and still nothing has been paid for not any of my claims. Dissatisfied customer. Do I not pay my account with you so I can keep our names clear and rather pay Ampath that you promised to pay. Will I ever see my claim money back??
