3 - 4 months after surgery still no payment
I have the best gap cover plan with Stratum benefits.
My fiance went in for mayor surgery in December 2020 - January 2021. We have been dealing with the stratum team for 3 months to have our claim paid.
There is 0 feedback of how the process is being handled or whether it is being handled at all. I am now being Sued by the medical parties as this payment has not yet been paid.
The customer service / all around service from Stratum has been appalling. I will be sure to review my Cover with Stratum.
