CAR ******

<p>Hi</p> <p>I recently got my car ****** in a well gated complex i had recently moved in a month prior my car ******, my insuarence company rejected my claim because i hadnt notified them when i moved into my new place. this complex is very ''safe" and has cameras all over it, the board of trustees and the caretakers refused to download the footage of the night my car got ******, i needed to know if i can sue, and how do i go about suing if i can, this complex and do i have a viable case to do so?</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE HELP</p>
