I'm very grateful for the service I received from Luminis Trust brokers, Strategic Insurance Systems(Underwriting Managers) and Mutual and Federal risk financing. My partner was involved in an accident on the 19th of January 2019 and as you can imagine, this is the worst time of the year to be be facing such a predicament. Luminis Trust brokers understands the duties of a broker and their client care is extremely satisfactory. I was very nervous at first, but dealing with the kindest and most humble person like Hannelie Boersema put me at ease. Even when I was panicking during the accident, she was very calm and as a result I was able settle down. Hannelie is truly an asset to the Luminis Trust brokerage:-). They are very fast to respond to emails and calls and I without a doubt would recommend them as a broker. I would also like to thank Ma'Cheries Harding for timeously responding to my emails and calls without giving me any hassles. I registered my claim on the 23rd of January as I had to gather all the required documents. Strategic Insurance Systems validated and authorized my claim within 4 working days, by the 28th of January I received the authorization letter and it was also sent to the panel-beater. Renew-It Rivonia kept me up to date with every step and by the 6th of February I received a call that the vehicle was ready for collection. ***2 WEEKS*** and all this mess was a thing of the past.
