Pathetic Service Delivery and False Rejections of Claims logged.

Claim 88620. I have referred the case to the FAIS ombudsman. No investigation was carried out whatsoever, it's just fortunate that I happen to work for an Insurance company and I am well aware of how to handle such ********* behavior.
