Negligence

I was involved in a car accident when I was still doing my second year and because I was still a student I could not pay for the damage. The insurance contacted me to make arrangements and I agreed to pay R200 which i did but I stopped when I was not recieving allowances. My debt was not reducing and everytime I request a statement from them I get told it has to be requested from a client and never ever have I got feedback. This year I started working and I was prepared to pay this debt, I contacted them and I was told the person working with my account is no longer around and cannot help but they send me their banking details and debit order form which i filled and paid the first via EFT as they requested and emailed the debit order authorisation form with my details. The following month money was not debited from my account so I called again to enquire but my call was put to different people until my airtime gets exhausted. I have all this proof on my email and sent files. Now my credit record says they put me on default which is making my life difficult as I cannot buy anything nor move on with my life, and I have shown interest that I wanted to pay my debt. My reference number is AACM12505-M001141. My name is Matshidiso Nhlapo. Thank you
