Bad choice of recovery agents

My brother was involved in an accident with my vehicle - one of the recovery agents for the above insurance company acting through Recoveries Direct handled the matter extremely unprofessionally. She kept threatening me that I will be sued and when I politely informed her that I myself have a law degree and know that its not a matter of vicarious liability, she responded extremely unprofessionally - its sad how a reputable insurance company could use such unprofessional recovery agents to represent them and ultimately reflect badly on their reputations.
