Shares matured

I bought shares on 16/08/2005 with Stratequity/StratCorp. In 2010 I contacted them via a registered mail but they only told me its a long term investment but didn't specify when I asked in detail. I have all supporting documents that support my facts and shares certificate. Its 2017 now and my attempts to get my returns from my investments are failing. I can hardly get hold of anyone to explain why I have received my returns. Even my late husbands shares they no-one can give me answers as to go do I access them as we were legally married in community of property. I would like to receive whats legally due to me as soon as possible as I'm sick and tired of being taken from pillar to post.
