Unsatisfactory Service

My mother bought shares between 2003 and 2004, just after the company was established. She passed away in 2005, after being sick for almost a full year. I emailed Stratcol's enquiry department on the 10th of March 2022 (Last week Thursday). They've been giving me the run around till this day. I wanted to know what was happening with my mother's investment and everyday it feels like it might've been in vain. They slacked when I enquired sincerely, maybe you could help me.
