UNITED SOLUTIONS
<p>I have debit orders debited against my bank account for U-Assist. I have NO idea what this is. But it seems the debits are administered with Stratcol for third parties. the contact number for UNITED CALL CENTER SOLUTIONS (U-ASSIST / U-REWARDS) ********** 308 does not exist, I have been calling this number days on end- and not a SOUL has answered this telephone line. please sort this out immediately - I have been incurring debit order UNPAID charges from FNB for R150,00 every month for debiting on an unauthorized date. every month , seriously... I want my money BACK. I think I will take this matter to the ombudsman , stating the fact the STRATCOL & UNITED CALL CENTRE SOLUTIONS CANT HELP ME. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY OF THIS - FOR THEM TO DEBIT ME CONTINUOUSLY.</p>
