Unauthozed Debit Money Tips

I was tempted to just do a copy paste from other complaints about Money Tips. Please advise how Stratcol can just go into a persons bank account and debit without their concent? I got a debit of R129.99 against my name from Money Tips which is using Stratcol as their facilities, I got a number *** from the a call center agent that works for Stratcol to get in contact with this company, which when you call them obviously you cant get through. I demand that you dont debit my account again with immidiate effect! what you are doing is *****!!!
