Unauthorized Debit Order
My account was debited on the first for an amount of R126.29 by StratCol. I have not signed up or authorized any payments to be taken from my account within the past 60 days. I need to know WHY my account was debited and WHO gave you the authorization to debit it from my account because it did not come from me!

To enable us to assist you further with this matter and refer you to our relevant user that has initiated the debit order , kindly provide us with a 9 digit reference number on your bank statement or the debited account number.
