Unauthorized debit order

My Name is Queen, i am very irritated by Stratcol ltd who debited my account for something called life care R99, i called my bank to reverse the amount that was debited on the 25th, they went again today on the 26th to debit my account with the same amount. I did not sign up for this and i demand that they cancel whatever unauthorized debit order that they busy processing in my account or else i will be taking legal actions against them. i do not have money to play and pay for things that i do not know
