unauthorised debit order from my banking account

I have been debited by the company called Money Tips. I don't have any agreement with them, and i do not recorgnise them. They have been debiting an amount of R129.99 for the past +/- 7 months.<br> When i call them on *** they keep on saying the money will be reversed in 7 working days and the manager will call you, it is now a month later and they keep on telling same story.
