unauthorised debit

Stratcol *** <br> Ref ***<br> <br> I contacted Stractcol, the assistant could not understand english very well and could not find my account number so could not assist me. Nor did I receive a reference number. <br> <br> I do not know who or what \IZWIZWE"is. Can some please assist me. <br> This is a big waste of my money and time.<br> <br> Thank you."""
