Stop Debiting from my account

I had various debit orders of R99.00 off my account in the past 2 month (November and December) and they debit twice a month with different references<br> Stratcol :Astrecover*** and SA Unathi***4SAGEPAY.<br> I have to keep going to the bank to reverse it and the bank cannot stop these debit order from my account.<br> Something really needs to be done!!! FURIOUS
