Repeated unauthorized debits on my account

<p>For the better part of six months now StratCol has been debiting my account at least twice a month. I have never authorised any such debit and make a point of reversing them whenever they occur.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately ABSA are either vastly *********** or hugely unhelpful - I've yet to decide which. According to them, while they can reverse the payments, they can't stop the debit order itself - instead, I need to contact you people and somehow convince you to stop *****ing my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fat chance!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your phone line is always "experiencing a high volume of calls". I have better things to do than waste hours of my time sitting on hold!</p> <p> </p> <p>And perhaps you might check your emails once in a while? And reply to them? Hmm? Just a suggestion.</p> <p> </p> <p>All of these debits have been under the auspices of LEGALCOVR, which as far as I can determine - does not exist! Nor, for that matter, have I had ANY dealings with them (possibly because they don't exist).</p> <p> </p>
