What a waste of my money want a refund

I decided to use an agency to assist with a new ID resissue to due a name change as well as applicaton for my new passport at the same time. I had to pay R1950.00 for myself and an application for my daughters passport.

My passport could not be done so the agency told us to leave all our receipts with her - Denise and return when we get our sms on collections which we did bearing in mind I could not do my passport as I needed my new ID in my new name first

I arrived at the consultation 08h00 yesterday morning working hours on the window 08h00 - 16h00. Call to be told she is operating out of Germiston - NO NOTES ON THE WINDOW and time taken off work to do this but she would meet me at 10h00

So I went back to the office to return after 10h00. I sms'd Denise before I left stating I would be there shortly after 10h00 - no repsonse. Then sms her at 10h15 - no repsonse so collected my ID whilst waitng without absolutely NO FEEDBACK as she has my receipt for my passport

Pathetic and bad service do not use her honestly she is not worth the money and I want a redund on my passport. Luckily the home affairs was kind enough to call up my records to complete the transactions myself.

So Denise you did not help where is my money for my passport application I had to do alone? Pathetic and I will complain and tell everyone how terrible your service is
