Bad service and quality

I purchased extensions from Strands of Love for my wedding day and the hair was very dry and felt like **** hair (not human hair). It was platinum blonde hair but had pieces of red hair in between. I sent the hair back for analysis and they only returned it without any explanation and only treated it with a hair treatment. They did not even bond the hair for me. The head office lady is so hard to reach and if you complain she only refers you to an email address where they don't respond at all. I thought that this was one of the best brands and paid so much money for poor quality EVERYTHING. Such a horrible experience.
