Not receiving deposit back after 5 weeks

Thought this will never happened to me. They expect you to pay your deposit as well as the full amount due immediately when you do your booking for a chalet at Strandfontein Westcoast Caravanpark. Their turn around time is 2 weeks for paying back your deposit. After 5 weeks and numerous phone calls and promises my deposit hasn't been payed back yet. This is unacceptable and poor service from the Vredendal- Matzikama Municipality. This Caravanpark will never see me again.
