Put out in rain at Strand Library

just had a bad experience at Strand Library. Not from here and first time visiting the library so I didnt know that they only opened at 10am so the doors was open and walked in security lady very friendly greeted me walked in to the actual library dore a gentleman, not even greated me and just ask what im doing here. Surprised I said coming to do some illustration work for my upcoming children’s book. He than said sorry we are only opening up at ten so i checked my watch it was 20 to 10am so i left the library and outside it looked like a waiting are so I proceeded to have a seat ti wait and the man in his language told the security lady something she came over and said sorry sur he want you to wait outside and by this time it was raining so I asked if he wants me to stand outside in the rain she said she eas sorry but thats what he said. I was shocked and disgusted. I left and went somewhere else. A place that education is supposed to be free and to come to i was put out in the rain im shocked and hurt for this to happen
