STRAND GUESTHOUSE FALSE ADVERTISING

We booked at the Strand Guesthouse through booking.com for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), when we arrived at the guesthouse, the place were not the same as on the photos at all, they booked us in 2 seperate rooms, all far apart from each other and it is not a family accomodation place, it is backpackers, nothing as was advertised. When we complained about it, they took us to another guesthouse nearby, then they wanted to put us in 1 room, all 4 together, with the bathroom with an open shower in the same room. The place is not even clean. We requested a refund and they could not even help us there, we had to look for other accomodation after 8 at night with our 2 children. We have sent them emails to request a refund but they don't even respond to our requests. It was our first holiday as a family together and it was definately not pleasent to get there and to have to look for another place to stay that time of night in an area we are not fami**** with. Their advertising is false, it does not look like that at all.
