One Big disappointment from start to finish

I am so dissapointed with the experience we had with this place. I got a voucher for a getaway and decided to go on my birthday. From the moment I tried to make the booking on whatsapp line, I received bad service, the lady who carries that phone with her never even communicated the reservation she confirmed with me. She would always be busy when I called and rep**** late on whatsapp with no regard for the fact that she is dealing with a client. I had to text days later to ask if my booking was confirmed. Upon arrival the lady would not check us in as she did not know how it works with a voucher or did not even know of our reservation. She even started sharing on costs we need to pay that was never communicated during the booking process. The gentleman she called on the phone (Lloyd) just pressed her to get money from us instead of trying to assist us and make us feel at ease to still stay there. No one checked on weather we were sorted during our stay, when you ask for help, the lady who works there says we must call Lloyed and when you call him he says we need to wait for her and ask her to help us. Upon check out we felt pressured out of the room. I understand it was maybe an afterthought reservation because it was made through a voucher, but its not as if you were doing people a charity or favour, there was still money paid and to disrespect us as paying guests was unnecessary. I am all for supporting local but this team really dropped the ball on the service standard here. I even heard others complaining as they checked in, it was such a joke!!!
