Bad work and terrible customer services received from the Business Owner

I had vinyl flooring installed a month ago by Strand Flooring and Blinds, my husband logged a complaint a few days later that the floors was starting to make bubbles. The owner then made excuses that we must have dropped terpentine on the floors and that its not their fault. I then send a complaint in that there was gaps between the tiles and the edging is overlapping now they are blaming us again saying our floor is the problem. I cant believe the unprofessional service recieved from the Owner Rynardt who kills my calls but sends me rude and unprofessional voice messages via Wattsapp. I am shocked, please dont use this people. They are extremely unprofessional and there is no quality to their work. We paid over R10 000 for the job and they promised a 5 year warranty but they cannot even keep their promise with delivering quality work. I am very disgusted by there work ethic and lack of business etiquette. "Shocking". Instead of assisting the customer with their complaint his passing the buck and making endless excuses. He doesnt even have the decency to come out on site and have a look at his staff's workmanship for himself. His too important and clearly doesnt need the business or referals. He doesnt even have any decency to call his client back after me and my husband has both tried to call him several times and left messages with his office who claims his never available.
