Bad business ethics.

I used Strand flooring and blinds against my better judgment as there were a few bad reviews on Hello Peter. I did ask on a group on fb and some said they had good results so I went with them . Their service and client communication is the worst I have ever experienced. The owner is extremely rude and the secretary that answers the calls and emails is even worse. You would do yourself a disservice to use them. I cannot believe they treat people the way they do and are still in business. My work is still not complete , and I am having second thoughts as to have them finished it. I really don't want to have anything to do with this company ever again.
