VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE DELIVERY AND SUPER UNHAPPY A WITH THEIR SERVICE! ORDERED AND PAID FOR LIGHTS MORE THAN A YEAR AGO...NO LUCK IN RECEIVING ANY LIGHTS NOR SERVICE!!!

I would just like to know what I should and could do regarding My Situation which became a BIG PROBLEM to Me.

On 20 September 2022 I made contact with AutoStylers Somerset West regarding the Original Honda Rear Tail Lights for my Honda Civic Vtec. They gave me a price of R2200 for a set of Rear Tail Lights.

On Wednesday 21 September 2022 I asked what the process is to follow if I want to buy a the Lights. The following day I got an reply which stated "If you pay deposit like now it will be here tomorrow or Saturday morning". I asked how much the deposit will be, they said Half of the Price. Banking details, reference to be added, email address for Proof of Payment to be send to was Asked and Received.

Payment of R1100 was made into the account and proof of payment send to details provided to me. At 11:37 on 22 September 2022 it was CONFIRMED that the funds was RECEIVED.

On the 23 Sepetember 2022 I did a Follow Up to Confirm whether the Lights were Ordered, seeing that they've Received the Payment. At 13:34 it was said "It's not here yet I will let you know soon they deliver"

Today is 12 October 2023 and NO HONDA REAR TAIL LIGHTS have been Received, As Yet!

I've have All the communication on whatsapp where I've even asked for a Contact Number of the Owner so I can try and find out what seems to be the Problem why they can't Deliver seeing that a Deposit was Paid More than a Year Ago. The gentleman Only replies that he is Not Allowed to give the number of the Owner and will forward the messages to him. Owner replies and then it gets forwarded to me.

Is that how one should conduct his business???

Please Assist as I tried on numerous occasions to get through to them...NO LUCK!!!
