Shocking Service!

<p>I dont ever write reviews of this nature but felt compelled to let other potential clients know about the service that we have received to date from this company. We called them out in September 2016 last year to repair a faulty airconditioner in our bedroom. Upon inspection it was found that the unit (an LG) required a part which they didnt have in stock at the time - not a problem at the time as we understood and were happy to wait. 2 months later after numerous excuses (and irregular feedback) we eventually decided to buy a new unit, as JHB can be sweltering over December, and agreed with Strait that the repaired unit would be installed in our son's bedroom once the spares arrived. We are almost into March 2017 (6 months later!) and the LG unit has still not been installed. This after promises on delivery dates were not kept, no feedback was supp**** by them and quite frankly no trust is left in this organization whatsoever. So if you are considering installing or repairing your airconditioner be prepared to be very frustrated if you choose Strait as a supplier after reading this...</p>
